Are the lifts ever closed due to bad weather?

Ocassionally, if there are high winds, or if it rains on the glacier, it may be closed for a morning or a day.

If the lifts are closed, the Freeski Camps have a dry land training programme which is either done near the golf course in Saas-Fee in an idyllic setting, or if the weather is really bad, then this will take place in the Ferienart Resort & Spa in Saas-Fee.

We find the dry land training programme beneficial to the skiing programme. Even if the weather is good, it is worth asking about the dry land training.
